The Management of Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Limited., is in the very efficient hands of a professionally educated and highly experienced Board of Directors.
Dr. M. P. Agarwal
The company is promoted by Dr. M.P. Agarwal, a professional turned industrialist who has more than 30 years of experience in project implementation, project management, finance and overall industrial management. The company's Chairman and Managing Director, Dr Agarwal is a qualified Cost Accountant (ICWAI) and Doctorate (PhD) in Textile Costing, always aiming to capture the opportunity to incorporate latest technologies & newer products.
Mr. Pawan Kumar Agarwal
Mr. Pawan Kumar Agarwal, a dynamic Science Graduate holds the position of Joint Managing Director, taking care of production, quality controls and marketing strategies.
Mr. Devesh Gupta
Mr. Devesh Gupta, Dy. Managing Director is a Post Graduate in Science and has more than 25 years experience in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Marketing. Making the best use of his experience, he has been continuously contributing in cost reduction and quality control systems of the company.
Mr. Dileep Bajaj
Mr. Dileep Bajaj, Executive Director has 30 years of experience in project and financial management especially in textile industry. With his hard work & sincere efforts, the company is moving on a sound path of progress.
Dr. G.N. Mathur
Dr. G.N. Mathur, is an Independent Director & Ex. Scientist DRDO, Post Graduate in chemical Engineering from Canada University, and Doctorate in Engineering from University of Detroit U.S.A. Presently associated with University of Arkansas USA and is working on Nano Technology and its application in textiles to manufacture smart textiles
Dr. J.V. Rao
Dr. J.V. Rao is an Independent Director & B. Tech, M. Tech, PhD in Textile Technology and has more than 31 years of experience in the field of Research & Development. Presently he is also the director of Northern India Textile Research Association linked to Ministry of Textile G.O.I.
Mr. R.K. Garg
Mr. R.K. Garg, an Independent Director and a Post Graduate in Science stream from BITS Pilani have 30 years of experience in the reputed business house.
Mr. S.K. Mangol
Mr. S.K. Mangol, who is also an Independent Director and Textile Technologist, possesses 45 years of vast experience and has played an important role in technological development of the company.
